Shipping Policy

The short version

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. Most orders arrive within 10–20 days of purchase. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Why it takes longer than Amazon

We're not going to bury this. Vellora Home Co. ships directly from the manufacturers who build our products, most of which are overseas. Skipping the warehouse layer is how we keep prices down, and the honest tradeoff is that delivery takes longer than a next-day retail giant.

Every product page lists its expected delivery window. If you need something by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you plainly whether it'll make it.

Processing time

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Items shipping from our US partner: approximately 7–12 days
Items shipping internationally: approximately 12–20 days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier delays happen and are outside our control. If your order passes 30 days with no movement, contact us and we'll refund it in full.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International tracking can take 3–5 days to begin updating — a tracking number that hasn't moved yet usually means it's in transit, not lost.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. No surprises after the fact.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want something, email us — we may be able to arrange it.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually correct an address within a few hours of ordering, but once a package ships we can't reroute it. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
